The photo has been taken in December 2016 in a misty day dark day. It was a few days before winter solstice and during that time the day is quite short in Finland. Even in southern part of Finland the sun is up only for less than six hours. On a misty day like this you cannot tell the difference between morning, midday or an evening, it is blue moment for the whole day.
