Kashmiri Muslim devotees take part in torch light procession on a hilltop near the shrine of Muslim saint Sakhi Zain-ud-din Wali (ra), in Aishmuqan Area of Anantnag District Some 80kms From Summer Capital Of Indian occupied Kashmir. The farming community in south Kashmir celebrated the festival of lights to mark the beginning of the agricultural season where they begin Plowing their fields after a winter recess.The saint is said to have vanquished a demon on the day ushering a triumph of good over evil.
