Max Foster from TheWorldExplored photography and I sat out at around 6am to track down the mysterious and elusive Mossy Grotto. Okay so it really isn't THAT hard to find but it is a bit of a pain to get to. I really wanted to try something original from the Mossy Grotto (which wasn't all that easy as comps are pretty limited) so after I nailed down a few of the more standard comps I ventured out a ways from the falls and found this awesome little secondary waterfall coming down the cliffs. I did my best to try to capture the atmosphere and the feeling of being out there. It really is a special place and it's sad to see the area being trashed as much as it is. Let's hope that future visitors take a bit better care of the area so it will be around for years to come.
