This is an incredible picture. I would like to know the story behind this. I have survived a very traumatic injury to my hand and know how hard that was to recover from, and I cannot imagine what this man went through.

This man is me. I lost my right leg to an infection and three years later my left leg. It started back in 2001 and ended in 2004. I had reached a point in my life where I thought I wasn't much of a whole man but realized they were just digits. I wear prosthetic legs and live a somewhat normal life.
