Behind The Lens

Location

I took this picture in 2016 in Chiraz in the south of Iran. I went to Tehran for an International Conference and I said to myself that I need to discover the country for a couple of days after the conference. I took the night bus in Tehran for a twelve hours travel to Chiraz. This town was so beautiful.

Time

I think it was early in the morning. I was alone, no tourist. I was completly alone in this beautiful Mosque

Lighting

The light illuminated part of the room and the shadows of the columns embellished the photo

Equipment

I used only my D5200 Nikon with 18-140 mm lens

Inspiration

I really enjoy looking for great architectural features and the Iran mosques were perfect to quench my photography desire.

Editing

I only played on saturation and I darkened a little bit the photo with the basic softwares

In my camera bag

Only my lens. I have now a tripod but never used this yet

Feedback

It's not about copying but just enjoying and trying. I have never wondered how to take a photo. I loved this room, this mosque. It's just came to me and I immortalized this.
