This was taken in the summer of 2008. The same year they had more than 500 fires. You can see the mist and I got lucky with that bird flying into my shot. I think it made this capture better. Choppy waters of the San Francisco Bay. The white spot out by the mountains is a sailboat. I thought they were crazy.
