Behind The Lens

Location

This Photo was taken in Hokkiado, Japan.

Time

This is one of my favorite winter images. On a trip with few other friends hunting winter scapes. Hokkaido is a beautiful location with many landscapes. But it definitely a cold place and hunting landscapes from early morning.

Lighting

The clouds rolling over and shadow of the tree casted on the snow was perfect lighting.

Equipment

This was shot on Nikon D7100 with 24-70 f2,8

Inspiration

I always like to look for lonely trees.

Editing

It was simple color correction in Lightroom.

In my camera bag

I usually have my Nikon D7100 with 24-70F2,8 nikkor lens, Tokina 11-16 f2,8 (probably one of the sharper thord party wide angle lens), Sigma 50 f1,4 Art, and Nikkor 70-200 F2,8 ED VRII.

Feedback

Look for good lighting if you would like to have shadows or moody weather could work perfect as well
