This fall frequently freezes over in winter, sometimes completely. But we've had such up and down temps here in PA this winter that I've seen it frozen to the point of having just a small hole in the ice to having almost no ice at all. The Tuesday before this pic was taken we had a Nor'easter that dumped anywhere from 24-30 inches of snow on the pocono region depending on where you lived. This pic was taken on Saturday following the storm. I was anxious to take a drive over to see how it looked in all that snow.
