This is an Amur Tiger, now critically endangered in the wild, at my local zoo, Dartmoor Zoo.
The image was taken back in 2012 on my Nikon D7000 using a Nikkor 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 mm lens at 300mm (equiv 450mm).
Exposures were 1-250 sec f 5.6 ISO 500
