Those that know me, know that I suffer from chronic migraines. What hardly anyone knows, is that for a day or two post migraine, I am in a virtual fog. I want to be present and enjoy my headache free day, yet I am stuck with feeling completely "off" and disoriented. I feel as if the world is happening around me, and I can't seem to join in.
