This is a composite I created to represent how I feel about letting go of my children as they grow older. I have 4 kids so there are 4 ribbons representing them. My youngest is still under my wing and attached to me. The others are on there way up and out. My happy face mask is on the ground showing my true emotion while my hands are tied as far as me being able to protect them once they leave. My chest is a wound representing how it hurts to have them go.
