Behind The Lens

Location

Carmo church Lisbon Portugal

Time

The sun was behind the church from this angle, afternoon in February. Had a short showery rain

Lighting

The only lighting was the sun. After the rain everything apppered in higher contrast.

Equipment

I’m had on me a Canon Eos 70D with EFS 18-135mm lens and for first time an ND filter used

Inspiration

I always like to visit ruined buildings but I never really been to any ruined abbey with this weather conditions before and perfect timing to try out my new ND filter. Also was a great opportunity to take a religious image.

Editing

I remember I just recently got Snapseed so I worked with it.

In my camera bag

Canon Eos 70D EFS 18-135mm EFS 10-22mm ND filter, UV, and circular polariser Manfrotto BeFree one tripod

Feedback

Always be on the go looking and visiting and be lucky to have that weather what you want.
