I stumbled upon this otherworldly path through the birch trees of Húsadalur Valley after hiking down Valahnúkur mountain with a friend in Þórsmörk, Iceland. It was raining as we made our way down the mountain and I had just put my camera away to keep it dry. I looked up and saw this view and I thought I had stepped into another world. There wasn't a chance of my camera staying safe and dry.
