As the Batang Ai peoples did not have road to reach town, boats are the most efficient and the only transportation they have.
The children use it to reach school, the farmer use it to sell their farm products and all the villagers are depend on it for their daily business.
The upstream river may not have signboard, as night come and no street lighting in the dark...yet they still can reach their destination and spend the rest of the dawn with hopes. There's a sun, there's a hope!
