What a night! Yesterday evening Mattia and I decided to climb up to Monte Muggio, a mountain over Como Lake. The weather was great, with no clouds, and the Moon wasn't rised yet, so we could see a lot of stars in the sky, even a part of the milky way. After few tests, I succeeded in taking this photograph, that sums up the awesome condition of the night.

At about midnightLighting
I wanted to tell to other people how climbing in the night really is. In fact the two mountaineers are the first elements that stand out from the picture, and in the background it is possible to see the awesome landscape of Como Lake.Equipment
I used my Nikon D7100 with a tripod and a remote control, in order to take a self-shoot.Inspiration
I've been inspired by the landscape around my hometown, as usually happens.Editing
Yes, I just adjusted the lights and the shadows, with a bit of vintage film.In my camera bag
I usually have my camera with the common photographer's tools.Feedback
You have not to be scared by low temperatures and you must find the good condition of the sky. Then it's the most simple thing in the world!
