This is the Will Rogers - Shrine of the Sun, that is a historic Landmark in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The first tine I saw this was on a cold, windy day which had just had snow a few days before. While driving up the Cheyenne Mountain, you see this architecture on the side of a hill with trees and rocks outlining the area. It was.... magnificent!
