We picked up our puppy the day my youngest son had to go to his dad's. He's been so helpful to me being in my wheelchair, he takes care of all our animals and he'd been asking for a puppy for a long time. Well we made him and his friend who had spent the night with us turn their coats around and put earplugs in, just in case the other dogs started barking. My husband went in and got her and opened the back door and said "Merry Christmas m, this is Mindy." This was his reaction after pulling his hood off to figure out what was on him. The joy in my baby's eyes made me nearly cry. This is the true joy of Christmas
