This photo was taken at the local air show about two years ago.Time
This was taken at the end of the displays at around 4 in the afternoon at the height of a July heatwave.Lighting
The sky was cloudless and the sun was high enough to provide amazing natural light.Equipment
I used my canon 1200 took a deep breath and pressed the shutter.Inspiration
I saw the pattern of the smoke against the clear sky and thought the vividness of the background and colours were too good to pass up.Editing
I did a little light editing to bring out the colours but nothing more.In my camera bag
