Tokyo is the world's largest city with over 30 million residents. The Sky Tree gives the best vantage to take in the enormity of the metropolis as it soars above the other building surrounding - but even then the urban sprawl still continues past the horizon.

Looking like a still from a science fiction movie, this panorama across Tokyo City finally allowed me to appreciate society's technological advancements, yet also left me feeling sad - there was hardly any parkland or colour, highlighting our disregard for the environment and nature when progress beckons
