After a full day of taking head shots, full and three quarter shots it was time to capture Ali's beautiful eyes.Lighting
I prefer side lighting as I think the contrast of shadow and light make for a more dramatic photo.Equipment
I'm proud that my equipment is all entry level but I get the most I can with a Canon EOS Rebel 3Ti ans "kit lenses."Inspiration

On a budget I use the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 that came with my laptop. Just a little blurring affect to smooth and even out the skin.In my camera bag
Of course my Canon EOS Rebel 3Ti and for lenses I have two at F/4-5.6, 75-300 mm and a EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6. For me it is essential that I have a pair of reading glasses that help me to achieve the best focus possible. A good tripod and remote trigger for the shutter has helped in longer shutter settings.NEVER forget to have a fully charged battery and a back up battery. Lastly I always have lens cleaning tools in my bag.Feedback
The eyes are so expressive try and have the model express happy, sad, excited and capture them all.
