A snowy owl basking in the sun from today. I used my 600mm with a 1.7 tele for a total of 1000mm on dx crop mode for the equivalent of 1500mm to get a little closer. The snowy owls this year are out further in the fields than previous years and are staying away from the roads. It's been hard to get close to them.
