This species is a very rare visitor to the USA. When reports come out, people come as quick as they can. They typically will stay in an area a week or two... but... how long was it there before it was discovered? Myself and two friends headed up a few days after the reports started. A little over 4 hours one way, we started VERY early in the morning and arrived at 9:00 AM. It was well worth it!
