This photo was taken on the Echo Valley trail of the Table Mountain Range in CapeTown, South Africa. Pictured is one of the many varieties of grass flourishing after a devastating fire ravaged the mountain last year and destroyed vegetation and species endemic to the region. It was taken with my mobile phone camera as that is the only camera I have. I make do with what I have, not wanting to miss an opportunity to chronicle my thoughts and experiences through photography. Without any experience or training I do it for the love of photography and the beauty of the land I live in.
