Congratulations - a very worthy winner in Mostly Black. I like pictures that draw you into them, that tell a story, and that have atmosphere. This one has all three attributes. The lighting is perfect, and the cropping and composition are near perfect. The use of shadows to create extra visual interest in the (two thirds) foreground is inspired. Well done - a classic black and white shot!
