This beautiful mother had a high risk pregnancy and was carrying twins. One baby was very small and not getting enough nutrients. Not only was this mama beautiful but she was so brave as well and I think that shows in her face. She gave birth a couple weeks after this photo was taken to a beautiful baby boy & baby girl, both very small but healthy.
