Great image in so many ways: a good point-of-view, on a human scale and yet focused on the work they are doing, and a limited color palette that permits the viewer to pay attention to the structure. Most deserving of your latest award!

when I went to Bushehr student trip some years ago I took this photo in construction workshop of historical house, worker wanted Rebuilding it.Time
I took this photo when I just arrived in Bushehr at morning about 10 o'clock .Lighting
I think minimal color composition and unusual view point is power of this photo.Equipment
I used KODAK EASYSHARE M893 IS DIGITAL that was a simple camera, I borrow it from my old friend.Inspiration
I saw a beauty in Irregular composition of worker and suddenly pressed shutter to catch them in my photo.Editing
I edit it in Photoshop to adjust color saturation and contrast, and reduce some color that think it's annoying for beauty of my work.In my camera bag
I usually have my SLR camera and my mobile for photographyFeedback
