In between powdered tops of the Sun Peaks Ski Resort in Canada, an array of green kennels sits in amidst towering trees. A team of sled dogs tucked individually inside their kennels, curled into a groove in the snow or resting on top of the rooves, suddenly prick up their ears and leap up. We helped the guides harness them up to the sled and witnessed a sight that portrayed a beauty in a relationship between man and animal. They lead us through the forests, over hills and into gullies. Turning and stopping when their master called and never straying from the path. Thirty two little paws all running as one through the Canadian snowies, providing us a tour we will never forget.
