In one of the most popular spots on the river in the d.c. area, many love to feed the birds any time of day. This is one i got right after a feeding session and was able to get just a few feet from him as he let me take his portrait. Many of the birds there don't let you get that, close but he was gracious enough for me to capture a fabulous shot!
