I took this portrait of Faith at Union Gospel Mission's Crisis Shelter in Spokane, Washington. She went to jail after a career of dealing drugs. To stay clean and safe after being released she came to the shelter. “God, in His mysterious ways, has done whatever He does and put me where I needed to be. Period. You know, I truly believe that.”
