During an kids outreach in Tijuana we spend time handing out soccer balls and treats to the children. As I roamed the area, 8 saw this little girl, not more than 2 or 3 yrs. old, sitting by a vehicle - with her freshly painted nails - eating a popsicle. There is more life experience behind these eyes than most kids twice her age.
