Behind The Lens

Location
At a park alongside the Mississippi river in Davenport, Iowa.
Time
Early morning.
Lighting
It was natural light with a plan to get a shot as the sun came up. I made sure the sun was behind me.
Equipment
Canon sure shot 170 with no flash.
Inspiration
I have been eagle watching for years and think they are beautiful and majestic birds. In the winter, they feed around open water in the early morning. I was thrilled to get this shot on a cold winter morning by the Mississippi river.

In my camera bag
I only carry my camera and a tripod.
