I took this picture on my friend's iPhone 6S. It had rained this past weekend in Southern California. It was the morning after Christmas and we decided to take her pug to the dog beach for the first time. Upon arriving at Rosie's Dog Beach in Long Beach, we saw that half the parking lot was flooded. I drove through the gigantic puddle because I thought it would be fun and I love seeing all the water splashing from underneath. I felt as if I was driving a boat through a lake. The sun was slowly coming out of hiding through the cloudy sky. I just thought it looked so beautiful--the reflection of the palm trees and the sun just behind them.
