Every year at this time the white cockatoos feed on my conifers. They make quite a mess, any seeds dropped on the ground do not get eaten, fresh is best for them :)) They are excellent pruners, I never have to cut back my conifers. This image was taken early in the morning, the cockatoo looks quite surprised and affronted by my presence but it didn't stop him munching!
