Behind The Lens

Location

This was one of my first photos I took when I really started to get into photography. This was all natural, before I learned about all the settings on the camera. I really can't remember a lot about this photo besides it being early in my photo taking days. It was spontaneous, I just happened to look up and there it was. This should be a sign to us all, to look up and look around during all of our days, we never know what we are going to see, this view didn't cost me anything but, I feel, that what I got out of it and what others got out of it and are still getting out of it, it's priceless.

Time

I really can't remember what time of day it was. I am a morning person so it could have been morning.

Lighting

This was all natural lighting, just the perfect shot at the perfect time.

Equipment

I have a samsung not 10 phone so it could have been that but I also have a canon rebel t7i so most likely it was that.

Inspiration

I am a morning person and love seeing the new day and what it brings in the sense of an amazing view. While I have lived in many different places all over the country, from Alaska to Florida, I have never seen sky's as beautiful as I have here in Arizona, and this is where this shot was taken.

Editing

No post processing except automatic fix, I wouldn't want to do any post processing to this photo, I feel that I couldn't make it any better.

In my camera bag

I have a canon rebel t7i. I also have two kit lenses, an18-55mm and a 55-250mm lens. While I am always looking for different lenses and filters, this is my standard right now.

Feedback

Don't forget to look up and around during your day, take in all the amazing things all around us at all times. I would say the most important times to catch really good shots are at sunrise or very close to it or sunset or very close to it. Also get a tripod, or something to set the camera on so that you can make sure that your photos have the best chance to be in focus. I also have an app on my phone that i can control my camera from so that I can set my camera down and see and control everything right from it. This helps a lot. Also keep learning about your camera and how to take amazing photos. There are so many things you can do to your photos, so many cool features on most cameras that you can use to get the perfect shot. Lastly, don't be afraid to take photos, this is the best way you are going to learn and get those amazing photos.
