I have a shot of the cathedral that I took at about 6:15 AM so that there wouldn't be any people in frame. I did a 7 shot natural HDR shot (no tone mapping) and it still took 45 minutes due to people.

I hope you had a great time and got to eat some great food! I manage to get to the Quarter every couple of months for some street photography and to eat at a friend's restaurant.
