I wanted to capture steel wool in a different way. I needed more than just the steel wool spinning, I needed different aspects. So I came across this place with a square culvert with a decent amount of water running through it. The fall off of the water adds another aspect to the long exposure, along with the large rock acting as a foreground.

Maybe one of the most difficult photos I have ever taken. Many hours of work but it was worth it.

This gazebo overlooks the Smokey Mountains. The view from it is amazing, but capturing the environment in which the gazebo sits is beautiful within it

Woke up early for this one.

Walking through the woods and heard this water fall. Had to run back to the car and grab the tripod and got the shot with minutes of daylight left.

I took this photo a very long time ago. I don't remember exactly what I did to completely isolate the subject, which is a dandelion.

I took this photo with an old camera a way back, However I have just now edited it and I am pleased with the subtle and creative result.
