I took this photo at Elgin Cathedral as I wanted to try some shots of ruins as I hadn't tried that style beforeTime
It was in the afternoon on a November day so the light wasn't that great but I thought it added to the atmosphereLighting
all just natural lightEquipment
I used my camera and tripod but this one was without flash to try the effect it would giveInspiration
I thought it seemed a good and unusual angle of the ruinEditing
I have to say no as at that time as I was still learning and had not mastered thisIn my camera bag
spare camera, cards and batteriesFeedback
my advice would be just take as many photos as you can and usually you will find that the one you are never happy with everyone loves, capture as many memories as you can everything is precious
