I used 2 x 160watt Globes on stands and my speed light at the same time hence the high F stop, it gave a kind of 3D effectEquipment

Don't send yourself Mad trying to create a masterpiece, I found the hardest part was the distancing from the subject and I mean the light effecting the subject from all three light sources; once all light sources where intermingled balanced if you will; that's when the subject appeared to be more than 2 dimensional.
