This brood of young Barn Swallows can't really fly yet. They open their beaks as soon as they hear their parents flying in with food. Photographed in France; caught the action fast with a light bridge camera, hand-held. Taken on a hot summer's day, luckily out of the Sun (reasonable contrast). Not high resolution, but it tells the story!
