Rocky, or Big Rock, was a beautiful Maine Coon. We lost him a few years ago due to an unknown illness. He loved the camera and would pose for me often. He was lying on my lap and just gazing at me while I was watching the game and looking at social media on my iPhone. I decided that he was trying to tell me to take his picture. I wasn't sure that the phone could focus that close, but it worked perfectly!Editing
Very little post-processing! Using Nik Silver Efex Pro, I converted it to black and white, a bit of brush to lighten the eye that was darker, then just a tad of sharpening in Lightroom. Sometimes, less is more!In my camera bag
Normally I have my Canon 5D Mark III, a host of lenses for landscapes and macros, including Lensbabies, all in Think Tank bags, and the camera is held by a Peak Design tripod. I also have a Canon M50 for quick jaunts around town.Feedback
