Even when things don’t go to plan, they tend to have a way of working themselves out. Take this sunset, for example. I was out in Telluride getting rained on and things weren’t much better at higher elevation, so I jumped in the car for a couple-hour drive to Molas Lake only to find more clouds and even more wind. I jumped in the car once more and kept my eyes on the sky. Halfway to Ouray, I stumbled on this spot, got out, and hunkered down for sunset. Did I mention it was cold? ;)
