I brought this one back from an October trip to New Mexico. It was just me and that distant horse for many miles in all directions. I never felt so small standing by myself in that enormous stretch of landscape, or so overflowing with joy having such a fleeting moment all to myself. I'm glad I captured a bit to bring back and share, but I was equally pleased just to watch that horse run with absolutely no camera between us.
