Behind The Lens

Location
This startrail was captured in Serra da Leba, Angola, Province in Namibe I did interval photography, I captured 1309 photos
Time
I started shooting at 7:00 p.m. and stopped at 3:00 p.m.
Lighting
in relation to the light, I did not use any type of support. just a good swing with the headlights of the cars and the starlight
Equipment
was captured with a Nikon D800 with a Nikon 35-70mm 2.8ED lens, mounted on a Manfrotto tripod.
Inspiration
I've been inspired by the many photographers here in ViewBug who use this technique. It was a long lonely night but with a good result. I was glad.
Editing
I used Lightroom to treat RAW, then I used Photoshop to compose the 1309 photos
In my camera bag
in my muchila I transported Nikon D800, Canon G9, Nikon Lenses 24-70mm 2.8ED 14-24mm 2.8ED 80-200mm 2.8ED. mini tripod, speed light, many batteries, remote control and in my muchila I transported Nikon D800, Canon G9, Nikon Lenses 24-70mm 2.8ED 14-24mm 2.8ED 80-200mm 2.8ED. mini tripod, speed light, many batteries, remote control
Feedback
important for this type of photograph a scarf where I put 2 or 3 Hand Warmers so that the hand lens dulls with the humidity of the night. This kind of photography I like to do with a schedule with some advance. I like to capture the stars on the new moon. I carry liquids and something to eat. also take a good dose of patience and music, I'm sure it's rewarding.
