I had accidentally stepped on this scene in the Camp area in Pune. Every year this area (and others) are decked up for Christmas. This photo was taken at rush hour traffic, standing in the middle of the road. There were lots of vehicles around me, but standing in the middle of a traffic signal helped my cause.
