Great shot, some of your others are also very good, however may I suggest that you not shoot between the hours of 10 am to 3 pm. If this cannot be avoided, try facing away from the sun whenever possible. This will help your photos look less faded and washed out. Or you could try stepping your exposure down one or two steps at the time of shooting. Just some things I've learned on improving the look of my photos! This is meant to be constructive, I hope it is. photography is a great learning experience... Happy shooting!
