I miraculously stumbled upon this place while intending on shooting a covered bridge at a place called Bridgeport in Nevada County; when I got out of my car, instead of heading toward the bridge, I decided to see what was in the opposite direction... and then I heard a creek just a little ways away. I decided to follow my instinct and follow the sound of the water. I'm so glad I did because this place is what I found.
