While down at Myakka River State Park I decided to walk out to the edge of the receded riverbed and set up camp beside some cattails. It turns out that it was a good move. Two Sand hill cranes landed to my left and decided to start feeding while making their way closer and closer to me, resulting in some excellent photographs!
