Walking through downtown Boston, this scene immediately caught my eye. I loved the children playing in the mist and the soft evening light, and hoped that I could capture that sort of childhood magic of a fountain in the summer. When I developed my film, a light leak from my camera only seemed to enhance the cool colors of the photo. I love the anticipation of film - you don't know if your images will come out exactly as you intended until you develop the film, and sometimes a different result can be the best kind of surprise.
