In WV there is a town called Thurmond. This town has 5 year round residents. This town used to be a booming railway town with 2 banks, 2 hotels and many homes and residences. A fire took place in the town and has since become nearly a ghost town. This beautifully eerie town has been taken over by WV New River Gorge State Park.
