A small kashmiri girl carry placard protesting against the civilian killings in Kashmir October 2016. Violence erupted over the 114 days in India's portion of Kashmir after government troops killed a top leader of Hizbul Mujahideen on 8th of June 2016, the largest rebel group fighting Indian rule in the troubled Himalayan region. More than 97 people have been killed and around 2,400 people have been wounded in the violence, with troops using live ammunition and rubber pellets to try and quell angry crowds..........
